2011 Toyota Highlander

Toyota has announced styling change with new equipments, additional safety systems, and hybrid power train advance to the popular SUV for the 2011 year.

The 2011 Highlander is distinguished by a new front fascia, fenders, hood, taillights, headlights and 17-inch wheels. The top restricted line offers 19-inch wheels and silver roof rails and the SE adds a power lift gate.
Changes to the 2011 Hybrid include external design features to make different it from its gasoline sibling. The two versions split the new fenders and hood, but the Hybrid gets a single grill, body-color rockers with chrome accents, front fascia and vertical fog lamps. The new projector-beam-style headlights and taillights enclose blue covers. Daytime running lights are currently standard across the Highlander line.

The existing 2.7-liter four-cylinder engine, 187-horsepower is now offered on the SE 2WD model and the 3.5-liter V6, 270-horsepower is standard on the Limited and available for other trims.
